The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of orders. The amount of the shipping costs is added to the total amount of the products purchased. These shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the order and the shipping destination. Below you can see our table of shipping costs by location.
National shipments:
Flat Rate Chrono Express up to 5 kilos 4,49 euros.
Free rate: Free shipping from 50 euros and less than 5 kilos (only peninsula).
Commission on cash on delivery 3 euros (this cost is charged by the transport company for management costs and Kingpalm does not participate. If you want to save this cost it is best to make a bank transfer or pay by credit/debit card.
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, weight and volume, you will soon have all the details online, in the meantime please wait for instructions in special cases once the order has been placed. Kingpalm reserves the right to change the shipping costs at any time. The delivery times will be: Kingpalm has up to 14 working days to deliver orders placed via the www.new.kingpalm.es website.
Once the order has been confirmed by the customer by telephone and it has been checked that the products ordered are in stock, delivery will take between 24-48 hours (there may be some delay due to the CORONAVIRUS issue in Spain). Delivery times are calculated on working days - Monday to Friday - as the courier company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Currently international deliveries are made by Correos de España, the rates depend on the country of delivery. Please note that not all products can be shipped to all countries. It is possible that the estimated shipping price shown in the final order may not be the final price. Remember to wait for instructions at the end of each international order.
Order status:
Thanks to our order registration system you will be able to know the status of your order at all times, from the moment you place it until it is delivered to your home or you pick it up at our shop. You will be able to check the status of your order online through your customer panel and the tracking system of our website where you will find the necessary information to contact the transport agency in case you need further information about the shipment.
